How we operate
Sourcing and Stock
The management team evaluates international suppliers — primarily from China and the broader Asia region — to select stock appropriate for the Malaysian consumer market. Inventory is brought in through standard freight channels and held at our operations centre in Mutiara Gombak.
Product Listings
Each product is listed across our three sales channels: Shopee, TikTok Shop, and the official website. Product information, photography, and pricing are maintained by the content team on a continuous basis.
Content Production
The content team produces short-form video, product photography, and social media assets in-house. TikTok Live sessions are run by trained team members to demonstrate products to viewers in real time.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are processed by the operations team within one to two business days. Shipping is handled through the official courier partners of each platform, with tracking provided to every customer.
Customer Service
Customer enquiries, post-sale support, and return requests are handled by the customer service team via WhatsApp, Shopee Chat, TikTok Shop messages, and email during office hours.
