Operations & Fulfilment

Responsible for order processing, packing, stock control, and daily shipping coordination. Minimum SPM. Attention to detail and a methodical work style are essential.

Content & Videography

Production of short-form video and product photography for TikTok, Shopee, and corporate social channels. Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut required.

Customer Service

Handling customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Shopee Chat, and TikTok Shop messaging. Strong written Bahasa Melayu and the ability to handle complaints with composure are required.

Internship Programme

NSF accepts higher-education students for industrial training placements (3 to 6 months) in Business Administration, Multimedia, Videography, and Content Production. Monthly allowance is provided. Applications may be sent to admin@nsfglobal.my.
